Business partners share pipeline. We establish capacity and maximum monthly refunds to ensure quality control and sharing the wealth.
Marketing costs range between 15-25% of gross business revenue. Registration Fee for business partners is primarily for Real Estate Brokers, Mortgage Brokers and Builders.
The registration fee is recouped, after first referral. However, other professionals will benefit from becoming business partners over the longterm with access to our pipeline of new clients.
New Client Pipeline
There is a limit of 3 Business partners per Zip Code. Each partner defines their market area and priority is given to them first, starting with the Regional partners then to local partners. If partners are busy, we refer our clients to General members.
Otherwise. our clients have option to select members directly from our Directory, if they are preparing plan themselves. Otherwise, the majority of are clients rely on us to prepare their plan, select and coordinate their team of specialists.
During the registration period each partner defines their monthly capacity. Once, capacity reached, referrals are distributed accordingly. However, on occasion opportunities arise to expand our market area and we will invite you to expand too.
